Booking your tennis event:

On completing and sending the booking form you acknowledge reading and understanding Tennis in Greece’s booking conditions. Once your booking form has been confirmed by us, a deposit of 50% is required. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to commencement of the tennis event, and if this is not met then Tennis in Greece reserves the right to cancel your booking without returning the deposit.

Late Bookings:

For all bookings made within 4 weeks of commencement, the full amount of the event price is required with the confirmation of your booking.

Cancellations:

If it becomes necessary for you or any member of your party to cancel your booking or part of it, you must inform us in writing immediately. Cancellation charges are as follows:

More than 60 days before event- 100% refund

59-30 days before event- 50% refund

29-15 days before event- 25% refund

14-1 day before event- no refund possible

In the unlikely event of insufficient numbers which in our opinion make the tennis event non-viable, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will return all deposits paid.

Tennis Arrangements:

Changes in the tennis schedule may be necessary from time to time due to court unavailability or climatic conditions. All changes will be advised to you and where possible alternative arrangements will be made. In the unlikely event of rain, every effort will be made to make up the lost hours, however this cannot be guaranteed, and all clients accept the risk that the weather conditions may affect the number of hours to be provided. Tennis in Greece will not be responsible should any named coach not be available due to injury, illness or other reasons beyond our control.

Insurance:

It is essential that all clients arrange their own travel/accident insurance. Tennis in Greece cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained on its tennis events.

Accommodation:

All accommodation booked is reserved exclusively for the persons named on the booking form. Subletting is not permitted. The accommodation’s terms and conditions apply to all clients that book through Tennis in Greece.

Force Majeure:

We cannot accept liability in any circumstances where performance of the contract is prevented by reasons of war, civil strife, riots, terrorist activities, natural disasters, fire or weather conditions. In such situations, Tennis in Greece shall return any deposits received minus the expenses which may have already been incurred by the client, such as accommodation costs.

Data Protection Policy:

The information you provide us will only be passed on to relevant suppliers such as hotels and tennis centers so that your event runs smoothly. We will not pass on any information to persons not part of your tennis event. We will hold your information and may use it to inform you of any future Tennis in Greece events.

Covid-19 Pandemic:

Tennis in Greece provides the safest environment for you as we meet government standards for safety and increased hygiene. We remain understanding of any changes/cancellations that may be required due to government policies in combating the Covid-19 pandemic, such as national/international lockdowns or quarantines. In such situations, a full refund will be given, or the option of booking a future Tennis in Greece event.
